1 teaspoon xanthan gum
1 teaspoon fine sea salt
1 packet rapid rise yeast
2 tablespoons light brown sugar

WET:
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup hot water
1/4 cup olive oil
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice or rice vinegar
