Preheat oven to 350 degreesIn a saute pan:Heat olive oil. Saute chopped onions. Mix arrowroot flour and Nutritional yeast with chicken broth and add to onions. Pour in Almond milk allow to heat (not boil). Add in shredded cheddar. Stir until cheese melts.In a baking dish: slice turnip into thin bite sized pieces and place in dish.
