1. Soak garbanzo in water for 6hrs2. Drain the garbanzo beans and put in a large saucepan with 2 litres of fresh water.3. Simmer for 1 1/4 hrs or until the garbanzo beans are very tender.4. Drain garbanzo beans, reserving about 1cup of the liquid. Allow the garbanzo beans to cool. I often run them under cold water.5. Put the garbanzo beans in food processor with all remaining ingredients except reserved juice.6.
