How Do I Make Bulk Hummus Cook-Off?

Here is how you make Bulk Hummus Cook-Off:

Clean and sort the dried beans. Soak in tap water overnight or for at least 8 hours. Drain and rinse the beans well and dump into a large slow cooker. Add enough fresh water to cover by about an inch and cook 12 hours on low. At the end of the cooking time I refrigerate to cool to handling temperature for the next step.Once cooled I process the resulting product through the meat grinder attachment of my stand mixer. This makes the resulting hummus free from big lumps or unground beans. I also run the onions and garlic through. I clean the grinder out with a half crust of bread to get all the vegetables through.This mash and the tomato puree is then placed back in the slow cooker and cooked on high for another six hours.
