Here is how you make Italian Herb Steamed Veggies:

In a medium saucepan over medium heat warm olive oil and begin to saute onions. As onions become tender lower heat to simmer, add mushrooms and then the rest of veggies. Sprinkle with herbs and salt & pepper. Then add 1/4 c. water and steam until veggies are bright color and tender. Slowly drizzle dressing over top of veggies and warm for about 2 more min.
