In a large bowl mix both the flours, salt and pepper. Then add and mix well the olive oil and part of the water. In another bowl blend the eggs together then slowly add them into the mix. Make sure to stir well and add the rest of the water tell the dough is combined well. When the dough is formed you can then need it and cut and form into the desired shape.
