Boil peas in salt water.Puree peas.Heat butter in pan, add flour.Slowly add milk while stirring over low heat, for 10 minutes.Add the milk mixture and the parmesan to the peas, place in fridge for half an hour.Beat egg whites until form soft peaks, add salt and after made add about 1 tsp sugar.
