Here is how you make Mashed Cauliflower and Potato:

Bring large pot of water to a boil. Wash and chop cauliflower into approximately 2 inch pieces. Peel and chop potatoes into approximately 1 inch pieces. Add cauliflower and potoates to boiling water. Peel garlic and add to pot with cauliflower and potoatoes. Cook until tender, approximately 8 minutes.When both potatoes and cauliflower are tender, drain and place in food proccessor (or use immersion blender).
