10) Oil - 1 tsp
11) Coriander leaves- 2 sprigs

1) Boil the potatoes, peel and chop into small (1 inch) pieces2) Cut the capsicum after deseeding into 1 inch pieces3) Chop the onions 4) Heat some oil in a pan, add the cumin and fennel seeds and saute.
