Drain and rinse your can of corn.Combine everything into a large bowl and mix well.Since everyone's frying technique is different I added the oil I did use for frying separate from the recipe.I originally tried making this dish like potato pancakes but it didn't hold together well, so just fried in bit oil to cover bottom pan, and flipped it and such like would scrambled eggs.
