1 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1.25 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
1 dash Salt
12 tbsp Canola Oil


How Do I Make Yorkshire Pudding?

Here is how you make Yorkshire Pudding:

1) Whisk the eggs quickly, and add the milk and salt. 2) Add the flour to the wet ingredients, and whisk well. 3) Pour into a pitcher, and set aside for about half an hour. 4) Heat the oven to 475'F . 5) Place 1 Tbsp oil, into each of the wells of a muffin pan.6) Place the muffin tin into the hot oven and let it heat up until the oil is starting to smoke. (3=5 minutes). 7) Remove the hot muffin tin, and quickly fill each of the muffin wells equally with the batter, and return to the oven. 8) Bake the puddings for about 17 minutes, without peeking. (it might flop if you open the door.). The tops should be nice and puffed up, and brown when done. 9) Remove from oven, and remove carefully from tins. Place the puddings on paper toweling, to absorb any extra oil. It is best if these are served immediately, but they will keep until the next day.
