(3=5 minutes). 7) Remove the hot muffin tin, and quickly fill each of the muffin wells equally with the batter, and return to the oven. 8) Bake the puddings for about 17 minutes, without peeking. (it might flop if you open the door.). The tops should be nice and puffed up, and brown when done. 9) Remove from oven, and remove carefully from tins. Place the puddings on paper toweling, to absorb any extra oil. It is best if these are served immediately, but they will keep until the next day.
