Place green beans in steamer for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, in a skillet, heat the canola oil over medium high heat. ( In a separate dish make the sauce by combing the soy sauce, honey, garlic chili sauce and garlic. ) Once the oil has heated be sure to begin preparing the rice using the directions on the box. Cook the green beans for another 3 or so minutes then add the sauce into the pan. Heat and stir the green beans with the sauce until the beans are cooked but still crisp. Serve over the rice.
