Bring 2 1/2 cups of water to boil over medium-high heat. Add 1 tbsp chicken boullion to water and stir until dissolved. Add rice and stir. Cover with pot top and simmer over medium-low heat for 40 minutes, or until water is absorbed by rice. Remove rice from heat and drain. Allow to sit for 10 minutes.2. Spray a stirfry pan or wok with 1-2 quick sprays of olive oil cooking spray and heat. Add yellow onion, green onion, and bean sprouts and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add 1 tbsp soy sauce and mix well.
