3 shallots (Green part only)
2-3 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 teaspoons of olive oil


How Do I Make Keely's Fried Rice?

Here is how you make Keely's Fried Rice:

1. Cook 1 cup of rice to 1 cup of water in a rice cooker.2. Poor a teaspoon of olive oil into a wok and swirl wok around to coat the base. 3. Combined in the wok the cooked rice, corn, peas and shallots. 4. Stir and fold on a low temperature the ingredients whilst pouring another teaspoon of olive oil.5. As you stir and fold the ingredients slowly add the soy sauce to it.6. Once all is combined and cook remove wok from heat and allow the fried rice to settle for 5 minutes before serving. Serving Size:?3-4 1/2 cup servings
