Here is how you make Mushrooms with brown rice:

In a saucepan, or skillet that has a lid, heat olive oil on medium high heat. Once the oil is heated, add onion, mushrooms and garlic. Cook until onions are soft and transparent and mushrooms are soft, stirring occasionally. As the onions and mushrooms are cooking, take a small cup and add 1 cup of warm water, then add bouillon cube to let it dissolve in the water. Then add the brown rice and water, the bouillon water to skillet. Stir until well blended. Cover with lid until the water starts boiling.
