Your first step is to roast your fresh garlic cloves. Take seven of your garlic cloves, place them on a 12 inch square of aluminum foil and coat them with the olive oil. Sprinkle with the dash of salt.Wrap the aluminum foil around the garlic so that all edges are closed.Bake in an oven set at 375°F for 8 minutes (or unti golden brown and soft. Take out of oven and set aside.In a strong food proccesor place chickpeas, remaining fresh garlic,lemon juice and tahini.Puree the mixture until smooth.
