Set aside to cool.Quarter the potatoes- I used red ones, but fingerling or new potatoes would be great too.Grind up the spices. Toss with the potatoes, garlic, and canola oil- make sure the spices are evenly distributed. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet or pan. Bake at 450 for 20 minutes, or until cooked too.Turn the broiler on and let them crisp up a little on one side (usually not longer than 5 minutes).
