Pulse blender to incorporate ingredients. Once the poblano pepper has cooled, remove the skin, seeds, and stem, slice and add to blender, blend all ingredients until smooth, let stand 15 min and serve. This salsa goes great with grilled seafood or chicken or as a dip with baked tortilla chips, I also like to serve it over egg dishes like veggie omelets.
