1/2 c. warm water
1 Tbsp yeast
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup lukewarm milk
3 eggs, well beaten
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup melted butter
4 1/2 to 4 3/4 cup flour

Here is how you make Butterhorn Rolls:

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Mix the remaining ingredients into the yeast mixture. The dough will be very soft. Turn dough into big greased bowl and cover. Let rise 3-inches in a warm place. Knead dough and divide into two portions. Roll 1 portion into a large circle; brush with melted butter. Cut like a pie into 16 pieces. Roll from the big end to small end. Place on greased cookie sheet--spaced a few inches apart from each other (I use 1 1/2 cookie sheets for 32 rolls). Repeat with 2nd section of dough. Let rise 1 1/2 hours.
