How Do I Make Plain Crescent Rolls?

Here is how you make Plain Crescent Rolls:

In a medium bowl mix sugar and salt then add the butter. Stir in the warm milk until combined. Whisk in the yeast. In a separate large bowl add the flour. Pour the milk mixture into the flour and stir using a fork. Let stand for 30-60 minutes covered in a warm dry place. Dough should double in size. Punch down dough and divide into two balls. Roll out each ball to a 12-14" round pizza shaped pie. Cut into 12 pieces shaped like slices of pizza. Roll from the large end to the small tip and place on a bread stone for baking and let sit for 15 minutes. Repeat with the remaining ball.
