Here is how you make Kathy Bays Dinner Rolls:

mix together the first 4 ingredients and allow to sit for 5 minutes. Add 3 cups of the flour, then add butter and salt. Next add remaining flour one cup at a time until the dough pulls clean off the sides of the bowl. I usually knead another 5 minutes after this.* I mix my dough using my Kitchen Aid stand mixer and the dough attachment.Raise dough in a greased bowl, coverd with towel, until double in size. Then punch down and shape into individual rolls.
