Here is how you make Rolls - Marla:

Pour water into large Kitchenaid bowl. Sit in the sugar until it is dissolved. Sprinkle the yeast on the sugar-water. Let sit for 10 minutes or until bubbly.Dump flour on top of yeast mixture. Pour in 1/4 cup melted butter. Add egg and salt. Using dough hook, turn the mixer on low until all ingredients are mixed. Turn up to medium and mix until the dough pulls away from the sides. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise 45 minutes to 1 hour.Pour the remaining melted butter into a 9x13 pan. Dip spatula into butter to coat. With spatula, stir down the dough. Dip both hands into the butter so that they are well coated. Grab about 1/2 the dough and gently squeeze dough until all the bubbles are out. Pinch the dough off into 9 rolls, dipping hands in butter as needed.
