1 TBSP Sugar

Nonstick spray


How Do I Make Rosemary Rolls?

Here is how you make Rosemary Rolls:

In small mixing bowl combine ONLY 1c. of flour & Yeast.In small saucepan heat & stir in cottage cheese, water, sugar & rosemary, dill or caraway & salt til warm . Add flour mixture and egg.Beat with electric mixer on low for 30 secs, scrape sides constantly. Beat on high for 3 min.Add remaining 1/2 c. flour & beat on low for 2 min or til smooth.Cover batter & let rise in warm place til dbl. about 45 min. stir batter down with wooden spoon. Let rest 5 min.Spray 12 muffin cups w/ nonstick spray (DO NOT USE PAPER LINERS). Spoon batter into muffin cups. Cover loosely w/ plastic wrap & let rise about 30 min/ til dbl.Bake at 375 F for 15-18 minuted/til golden. Serve warm .
