Drain and rinse corn and black beans. Add to large bowl. Dice onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and tomatoes and add to bowl. Add 1 can RoTel tomatoes and green chilis. Add the zest and juice from one lime. Add 1 T fresh cilantro, or 1/2 T cilantro paste. Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for two hours to combine flavors.
