3/4 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup sour cream
6 tbsp fit & active light mayonnaise
3 tbsp ground parmesan
1/2 tsp dried parsley, crumbled
1/2 tsp chopped chives
1/4 tsp oregano, crumbled
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/8 tsp black pepper

Here is how you make Parmesan Garlic Sauce:

Garlic Puree: Heat oven to 350 degrees. Toss 1 head whole, peeled garlic in 1 tsp olive oil & spread out in shallow baking pan. Place pan in oven and roast until the garlic is soft, 10 minutes or more. Remove pan & place roasted garlic in blender. Pulse garlic until it becomes rich & creamy. Add to sauce ingredients. Sauce: Combine all ingredients in medium bowl and mix with whisk until smooth and creamy in texture. Place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes prior to serving.
