6 Barilla no-cook lasagna noodles
1 acorn squash
1 zucchini, sliced thinly
2 roma tomatoes, sliced thinly
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. shredded pizza cheese or mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. fresh grated parmesan
fresh thyme
salt
pepper

Here is how you make No Sauce, No Boil, Veg-Tastic Lasagna:

Cut acorn squash in half, scoop out seeds, and place skin-side up in microwaveable dish with 1 inch of water. Microwave for 6-8 minutes or until soft. Scrape out squash and mix with fresh thyme, salt and pepper to taste.Heat oven to 400. Spray 9x9 glass baking dish with cooking spray. Layer two noodles on bottom, then spread half of squash mixture. Top with half the onion. Layer two more noodles, then the shredded cheese, tomatoes, zucchini, and remaining onion. Top with last two noodles, spread remainder of squash mixture, and top with remaining cheese. Grate fresh parmesan on top of that.Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
