Here is how you make Marinara sauce with butternut squash and cauliflower:

In a large bowl empty the canned tomatoes and crush the tomatoes by hand. In a heavy bottom pan (or non stick) heat the olive oil and brown the butternut squash. Cook until half way done, about 10 minutes. Add the cauliflower and garlic and brown for another 2 minutes. Then add the crushed tomatoes, salt and pepper and cook for another 10 mutes.
