First create the broth for your soup with tomato paste and water. Put it on a stove in pan bring it to boil. Add lemon grass and half of ginget root in it. Let it boil for about 30 minutes. Strain and keep the broth.In one tea spoon oil saute all the vegetablea and ginger,lemon zest add all the suces and add to the broth and put on the stove again .Let the soup simmer for another 15 minutes.
