Here is how you make Southern Caviar:

No cooking! Just throw everything together and mix it up. Refrigerate for at least 12 hours.Serve as a side dish with Tostitos scoops or other favorite chip, or serve as a side with grilled salmon.You can add more heat by adding a second diced jalapeno, or add more tomatoes if you like.
