How Do I Make Sweet Bacon Cornbread?

Here is how you make Sweet Bacon Cornbread:

Pre-Heat Oven to 375 Degrees.Prepare Bacon, and reserve 1/2 Cup of Bacon Drippings and/or Chopped Bacon. Set Aside.1. In a large mixing bowl, bring together both types of cornmeal, sugar, pepper, crushed red pepper.2. Mix a little with a fork, set aside. 3. In a coffee cup, Combine: Egg and Skim Milk. 4. With a fork, whisk these ingredients together, set aside.5. Add whisked mixture to the dry mix. 6. Add Bacon Drippings, and/or Chopped Bacon.7. With a large spoon, mix well. 8. Spray Cast-Iron Skillet Generously with Olive Oil Spray, and add Cornbread mixture. Spread Evenly. 9. Place in pre-heated oven for about 20-25 minutes. **IMPORTANT**IF you do use cast-iron as I like to, then please remember to let your cornbread cool for about 10 minutes, THEN immediately TRANSFER cornbread into a glass dish or aluminum foil. *DO NOT leave in cast-iron.
