1 C. Corn Flakes, slightly crushed
6 Tbl. Margarine, melted
1 C. Pecans, chopped
1 C. coconut flakes unsweetened


How Do I Make Snookum's Sweet Potatoes?

Here is how you make Snookum's Sweet Potatoes:

Drain sweet potatoes, and mash well, in 9x13 dish or pan. Add margarine, sugar, beaten egg, and mix well. Add vanilla extract and evaporated milk and mix again. It will be fairly soupy. Bake at 350? for about 45 minutes or until firm, but not dry. Mix Topping ingredients in bowl and spread over potatoes.
