1.5 cups shredded Carrots
1/2 cup sliced Green Pepper
1/2 cup chopped Onion
1 Avacado
2 Roma Tomatoes


How Do I Make Jody's Kitchen Presents Turkey Eggrolls?

Here is how you make Jody's Kitchen Presents Turkey Eggrolls:

Heat 2 tbsp Olive Oil in Wok, add turkey and Mrs. Dash Original Blend and cook thouroughly.Remove turkey from heat and pour onto plate or into a bowl.Heat remaining 2 tbsp Olive Oil in wok, and add Onion, Peppers, and Carrots.Start preheating Deep Fryer at this time.Cut Avacado in half and remove peeling, slice each half into about 8 slices.Cut tomatoes in half and slice each half into about 4 sections (length wise). When vegetables are about 1/2 cooked, stir in Oyster Sauce. When vegetables are cooked through (onions will be tranparent) mix in turkey. Split mixture evenly over 16 eggroll wraps and fold. Carefully place eggrolls to heating Canola Oil and be sure to cook both sides. Eggrolls try to turn over with fold pointed up, so I normally use tongs to hold under oil till fold is set (about 20 seconds folded side down minimum) Keep cooking till eggroll is a nice light brown, drain well and place on papertowel covered plate. I have found the favor of these are good enough without any sauce.
