Here is how you make Veggie Augratin:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 2 quart casserole dish with Pam.Wash & chop veggies. Add Olive oil to pan and saute veggies - cook until soft - salt and pepper to taste.Melt 1 T butter in a smaller skillet. Add bread crumbs, dill and any other herbs you wish to add -cook & stir for 1-2 minutes. Scrape into bowl & return the pan to heat. Melt 1 T butter, stir in flour, whisk in milk. Simmer for 5 minutes - season to taste. Add chard/veggies, & cheese. Pour into greased dish & cover with bread crumbs.
