1 Tbsp vegetable boullion
2 carrots, diced
1/2 onion, diced
1 large stalk celery, chopped
6 baby portabellas, chopped
1/2 cup pecans, crushed
1/2 cup dried cranberries
2 tsp chicken seasoning
1/2 tsp sage

Here is how you make Bulgar Wheat Cranberry Stuffing:

Heat the oven to 350 degrees and lay the slices of bread on the rack to dry. Dissolve bouillion in two cups water. Heat water to boiling and add bulgar wheat. Reduce to low and allow to cook for about 15 minutes with the lid on. Meanwhile, used the remaining water in a separate pan to cook the remaining ingredients, except the bread, just until carrots are tender. Keep an eye on the bread and remove when crunchy but not toasted.
