Slice, cut or shred the mushrooms, tomatoes, and zucchini.Melt the margarine on a frying pan roughly at a medium-hi level (7ish). Throw zucchini on the pan, mix around in the margarine. (this will fill a large skillet no problem)Put the tomatoes and mushrooms on the topEven though it says 10 minutes, cook until your desired softness while stirring occasionally. When done drain the excess liquid afterward and top with Parmesan cheese and you are finished. Really easy, really simple. I use a scale for a lot for cooking rather than cups. A 4 to 1.5 to 1.5 ratio with the main ingredients is what I use but they can be interchanged no problem to suit your taste.
