Before cooking, wash and cut zucchini into slices (circles) or moons (1/2 circles). Also roughly chop 1/2 an onion.Heat oil in a skillet until just sizzling. Add zucchini & onions. Put Mrs. Dash on top.Sautee for 7-10 minutes or until zucchini is just slightly firm.Makes enough for 2, but won't kill you if you eat it all yourself.
