My husband found this recipe on the internet. Normally, I don't like to ruin the healthy goodness of vegetables by coating then with anything, but this was delicious if you just want a little change. The nutritional analysis says 183 calories, but I believe it is significantly lower since you just coat the broccoli and discard the leftover "marinade".

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.In a bowl or zip lock plastic bag, combine all ingredients except broccoli. Mix well. Add the broccoli florets, and toss until evenly coated with seasoning.
