Here is how you make Baked Pancakes:

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Mix together Bisquick, milk, egg, and oil. Batter will be lumpy. Stir in optional fruit, chocolate chips, etc. Pour into 13 1/2 x 9 1/2 x 2 inch pan (I spray mine with PAM)Bake for approximately 10-14 minutes.
