4 large baked potatoes? cup 1% milk1/3 cup (3 oz) 1/3-less-fat cream cheese, softened? cup (2 oz) crumbled feta cheese2 T minced fresh or 2 t dried oregano? t salt? t black pepper? cup thinly sliced green onions2 bacon slices, cooked and crumbledPreheat oven 400Pierce potatoes with a fork, bake for 1 hour or until tender. Cool slightly. Cut in half lengthwise, scoop pulp into large bowl, leaving ?? thick shells. Mash pulp with potato masher or fork. Add milk and cream cheese to pulp, stir with whisk. Add feta, salt, oregano & pepper and stir well.Spoon mixture back into shells. Place on baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
