Small tub or 1/2 cup tinned fruit salad (any would do)

Peel and freeze the banana the night before. Throw everything in the blender and blend till smooth. It will be really thick, you can add a few ice cubes to make it thinner and colder (yummy). It makes enough for two shakes but I have put 1 serve down so the nutritional panel shows the calories etc for the whole thing, just in case you have the whole lot.
