1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit. Heat the bread pan, too.2. Mix dry ingredients well, then add room temperature beer. Stir until a sticky dough forms and all of the dry ingredients have been absorbed.3. Let the beer bread mix sit for 5-10 minutes.4. Carefully remove bread pan from oven and spray with non-stick spray (a one-second spray of Pam is equal to about 7 calories). Dump the bread dough into the pan and evenly distribute it.
