1. Measure all ingredients into bread pan.2. Select dough setting - add caraway seed near end of second knead.3. At end of cycle, remove dough, knead 10-30 times & form loaf.4. Place in loaf pan and cover with plastic wrap - let rise 30-90 min in warm place. Pre-heat oven to 350F.5. When loaf rises 1 inch above loaf pan, remove wrap & carefully place in oven - bake for 10 minutes @ 350 F then bake 20-30 min at 325 F.6. Remove pan to wire rack - remove bread from pan after 10 min. - lay on side and cool completely.7.
