What Are The Ingredients For Protein Bread, Low Carb Recipe?The ingredients for Protein Bread, Low Carb are: 6 egg whites or 292 g 100% liquid egg whites1/2 tsp cream of tartar 1/2 cup or 35 g unflavored whey protein 4 oz or 112 g cream cheese, warmed in the microwave 1/2 tsp onion powder How Do I Make Protein Bread, Low Carb?Here is how you make Protein Bread, Low Carb: Preheat oven to 325. Check the temperature of your to make sure it doesn't run hotter or colder.Heat cream cheese in the microwave until easily stirred & quite wet. Mix protein & onion powder in a small bowl, set aside.In a stand mixer, beat egg whites & cream of tartar on high for 8 to 12 minutes until very stiff peaks form. Turn down to stir & slowly add the softened cream cheese & then the protein/onion powder mixture. Stir until just mixed being careful not to deflate the whites.Spray a regular sized metal loaf pan with coconut oil spray. Add the batter. Cook for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown. Mine takes about 25 minutes. Turn off the oven & allow them to sit in the oven for 20-45 minutes.Remove from oven & let it finish cooling in the pan. Remove & slice.
