Here is how you make Swiss Cinnamon Bread:

sprinkle yeast into warm water. Stir until dissolved. heat milk and butter until butter melts. Pour into a large mixing bowl. Add sugar and salt. Cool to lukewarm. Stir in yeast mixture. Beat in eggs. Gradually beat in enough flour to make a soft dough. Turn out on a floured surface. Knead until smooth and satiny. Place in greased bowl. Butter top of dought lightly. Cover with towel. Let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 1/2 hours. Turn out on floured surface. Knead lightly. Cut into 3 equal pieces. Roll each piece between the palms of your hands, making strips about 10 inches long. Roll strips in cinnamon-sugar. Place sugared strips on a buttered baking sheet and braid. Tuck ends under braid. Cover. Let rise in warm place until doubled in size. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 - 35 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool on rack.
