Here is how you make Sticky Dough Bread:

Heat milk in a saucepan until just warm to the touch. Mix in yeast and let stand 5 minutes. Combine flour, sugar, and salt in a large mixing bowl and combine. Mix in the milk/yeast mixture and the egg until the dough forms a ball - scrape down sides of bowl with a rubber spatula if necessary. DO NOT OVERKNEAD - the dough should be sticky! Coat the inside of a large bowl with a cooking spray, such as Pam. Place the dough in the bowl. Cover and let rise in a warm, draft-free place (an unheated over or microwave work well) and let rise until double in size - 1 to 1.5 hours. Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and divide into 12 equal pieces. Shape pieces into the shape of whichever type of roll you desire. Cover the pan loosely and let rise in a warm, draft-free place for 45-minutes to an hour. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake the buns until they are golden - about 25-30 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
