Here is how you make Easy Gluten Free Sandwich Bread:

Use warm, not hot water. In a small mixing bowl, combine water and yeast. Stir to combine.In a medium bowl, whisk together dry ingredients. Add yeast mixture, oil and eggs. Using mixer, mix on medium for 5 minutes. Lightly grease 9x5 inch pan with spray. Spread batter evenly into pan. Lightly grease plastic wrap and cover the pan. Allow dough to rise for 1 hour.
