2 1/2 C Warm Water
1/3 C Olive Oil
1 T Salt
3 C Oat Flour
3 C Wheat Flour


How Do I Make Quick Easy Bread?

Here is how you make Quick Easy Bread:

Put Yeast and Sugar into a large bowl. Pour Warm Water on top and let sit for 10 minutes. Add Oil and Salt and stir. Slowly add both flours, rotating between the two until you cannot mix with your wooden spoon. Start kneading by hand in the bowl while continuing to add the remaining flour, remember to knead and add enough flour until the dough is no longer sticking to your hands and the bowl. Cover with a towel and let raise for 30 minuets. Beat down and split into 2 loaves.
