Preheat oven to 400 F. Combine ingredients in order listed and mix until dry ingredients are just moistened. (If your not use to cooking with gluten free flour you may need to add more SILK until you get the desired consistancy) Pour into a greased 8 or 9 inch square pan. Cook 20-25 minutes. Until light golden brown and tooth pick inserted into center comes out clean. Serve warm with your favorite dairy free butter and with syrup or honey.
