The ingredients for No Egg Bread are:

pre heat oven at 350*

3 c whole wheat flour
4c white all purpose flour
(sift the 2 together & set a side)

take:
2/3 c warm water (105-115*)
5 Tsp yeast
1 tsp sugar
mix together and let sit till yeast rises

while yeast is rising take :
1/2 c sugar
2-1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c safflower oil
2 c warm water (105-115*)
wisk till sugar is disolved
take the yeast mixture and stir in
now because elevation has alot to do with the density of this bread slowly add 1 cup of flour mixture at a time till doughy & slightly sticky.(not 2 sticky)
then power your surface and kneed dough till smooth but not tough.
brush oil in bowl put dough in and turn so both sides are slightly oiled.
let rise till doubled in size
once doubled in size
take fist and punch center of dough
seperate dough in to loaves and put in loaf pans
let rise again till doubled and bake for 30 min @ 350*
after 25 min brush safflower oil on top to help brown.
