? 1/8 tsp sea salt

PREPARATION:? Preheat the oven to 350F? Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper? Scoop out the coconut cream from the top of the cannedcoconut milk after it has been chilled (the clearliquid can be saved for smoothies). You should have about 3/4 of a cup of coconut cream but no need to measure!? Chop up the peeled plantains and place in the food proces- sor. (Note: You may need to slice the green skin off with a knife instead of pealing back the layer, like you might a banana.)? Give the processor a whirl? Add the other ingredients.
